I love everything about the KES Shower Riser Rail Stainless Steel! The quality is exceptional, and it has a solid weight to it that feels very strong and durable. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell it was a well-made product.I opted for the brushed metal finish, and it’s beautiful. The packaging was excellent, with everything well protected to prevent scratches, and the fittings were secured in bags. Installation was a breeze. We already had some holes in the wall from a previous rail, but all you need are two holes, and it provides a super strong hold. The position of the brackets was perfect but can easily be adjusted if needed. The slider bar comes in two sections that screw tightly together to create the full length, making installation even easier.The shower head holder, although made of plastic, is of excellent quality. It’s easily adjustable by sliding it up and down the bar and twisting the end to lock it into position, making it ideal for a family of different heights. It’s also easy to tilt the holder with the shower head on it to get that perfect position. The versatility of the holder means everyone in the family can adjust it to their preference, and it locks securely in place.In the past, I’ve had many shower rails, all of which were cheap and flimsy. This is the first one made from metal and of outstanding quality. For the price, it’s incredible value, and the brushed finish adds a touch of elegance to our bathroom. The product arrived quickly and was well-packaged, which shows the attention to detail the company has for its customers. The customer service was also top-notch, responding promptly to a query I had about installation.After a few months of use, there are no signs of wear or rust, which I have had problems with in other products. The rail still looks as new as the day I installed it. It holds the shower head firmly in place, even with the water pressure on full blast. Got the Polished version and it looks good and is of good quality too. It was super easy to fit. I love that the brackets are adjustable. Didn’t necessarily need them to be as this was being fitted to brand new tiles so there were no previous holes but it would be convenient for anyone replacing their existing riser as you can move the brackets up and down - wherever you need them to be!The adjustable shower head holder works great. It’s very easy to adjust and easily slides up and down the riser for people of various heights so it works for everyone. And the shower head piece allows you to adjust the tilt of the shower head. Again, it works for everyone.It comes in 2 pieces by the way and you’ll need to loosen the shower head holder to get the riser pole through. I thought it didn’t fit initially but realised the shower head holder needs to be loosened first to expand the size of the hole for the riser pole to get through before tightening :)

Fitting was simple. The rail and brackets are decent quality metal or feel that way. Simple instructions. This needed 2 holes and my previous had 1. But I used it as a guide and drilled the second hole with new plugs and it was easy to fit. The rail is in 2 clip together parts not 1. It comes with all the screws, raw plugs and Alan key. It did take a bit of time with the Alan key because obviously it's hitting the wall every quarter turn or so. It's been up a few months and still looks good and is working as intended. My old one broke because I'm 6f3 and the GF is 5f5. So the shower head was up and down all the time and broke. The shower head bracket on this is not the same as the rail it's cheaper plastic chrome painted. It's still working but I'm taking extra care to loosen it before moving. I knocked 1 star off because the bracket is plastic.

Not cheap but a well-made item. It looks great on the wall and was well worth the money.

Installing a new shower fitting that came with the now as standard cheap plastic wall fittings, one of which promptly shattered whilst barely tightening by hand.Bought this fitting to replace. Solid metal construction (apart from the shower head holder).Fitted to the wall super firmly, though was a little fidly with the allen key grommets (slowly does it) but all worth it in the end.Would recommend 100% definately think it's worth spending the little extra on something that's going to be much longer lasting.

Well made kit which is easy to assemble and install, impressed by the quality and glad I decided to spend a little more.I installed it as a replacement and as promised I could utilise the existing holes to attach to the shower wall. It took 20 minutes in total and I am very impressed with the appearance and function.

Verically adjustable wall brackets to suit existing hole positions on wall. Bare in mind that you may need to drill extra hole if this is the case because each of these wall bracket has 2 wall screws, each approximately 20mm apart.Quality is 10/10 - this needed to be suitable for a holiday rental apartment, so to take lots of abuse from people who tend not to respect the place.Simple design ans all ,etal construction besids the sliding plastic shower head holder. These are universal for this 22mm pole, thus not an issue when it does break.

This is a solid, well-made item I bought to replace a flimsy plastic one that broke. The mountings are solid and the product ships with spare grub screws and clear instructions - a definite sign of quality. It's easy to adjust for height and the shower head holder can fit on either side of the pole.
