These supplements are reasonably priced. I love that they’re made in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility and are third party tested for purity. I also love that they’re vegan! I had no side effects. They have a nice, mild lemon drop scent and the gel capsule is small, slender, soft and easy to swallow with a pleasant flavor. The lid of the bottle has a convenient pop up opening for easy access.

I like this Omega 3 because it is made from Algae and is a complete Omega since it contains DHA + EPA + DPA, which is very important for good health.

A few years ago, we switched to algae-based omegas to avoid heavy metals like mercury, which are often found in traditional fish-based omegas. It is just as effective and delivers the same benefits as fish-based omegas. It is relatively scentless, and the taste is a faint hint of lemon. The pills are easy to swallow.
