Holy Cow BBQ Beef Rub

I used this to make some jerky.. Added a little soy with it.. It was lovely... So much cheaper by far that buying all the shop bought stuff, and tastier too.. Spicy, but not hot. Very impressed by it. If you like jerky / biltong get this.. 5*

Good taste, the longer you leave it on, the better. Only 4 stars because the top and seal were loose, resulting in some leakage. Better packing and it would have been 5.

Man, this Rob is brilliant. I’ve used it in loads of things now not just for beef. I’ve done a brisket worked out well with this thing now I’m using it in other things like chicken as well. It works good seasoning. Be careful it is salty so make sure you don’t put too much in.

Our usual rub is really smokey, very spicey and hot and we use it a lot. This Holy Cow Beef Rub is none of these things. Yes it does have a pleasant taste but nothing that stands out compared to our normal brand. For the price it's okay but not something we would use again as there are not enough interesting flavours to keep us interested.

The cap of the can had come off and ruined the entire package. The foil that should have been attached to the can was inside the cap.

Finally, a good rub without a salt overdose. Very good product
