Go-to detangling brush
This brush tames my kiddo's unruly hair without causing him any discomfort. I use it on my own hair, as well, and it truly does untangle seamlessly. Feels sturdy, the bristles are good quality. Doesn't break the hair. It's my go-to for detangling.

Great quality but bristles on the softer side.
I love these type of bushes for my hair type. The quality is nice, the bristles are in the softer side of what I wanted so it takes longer to get knots and tangles out. I keep it in my purse for touch ups. I have a brush with stiff bristles for after work tangles that I need to replace.

Worth every penny
My sister recommended this brush to me. I used it for the first time at the gym and I was blown away, I have 4 different brushes and they all hurt me so bad and rip my hair out, this one made it painless and fast, I've never been able to brush my hair without it hurting. My daughter was cursed with my hair and brushing her hair is a nightmare that ends up in tears. I used this on her, she didn't even whine once. It brushed through her matted hair with ease. I had to buy another one as extra. Also wanted to know I'm trying to grow my hair out and lose so much hair with other brushes. But when I cleaned the brush with the tool included in the large pack, I was shocked at how little hair came out vs my other brushes that would end up with chunks of hair ripped out on it. This is going to keep my hair healthy and long!

Doesn't Seem to Last Compared to Other Quality Brushes
TLDR: You get what you pay for, or so it seems. Compared to my Mason Pearson, it's at best, 1/70th the brush it is in terms of longevity.I've included a photo now. My Misen brush has only been in my possession for about 10 months and I only use it when my other go-to brushes aren't around. I'd say on average, 4 or 5 times a week when traveling. Maybe a hundred or so brushing sessions altogether.I purchased it to substitute for my more valuable brushes when I was on the go or gone for a weekend and 'technically', it has done its job there. It has great results and losing or misplacing this would be less impactful than my Mason Pearson. I had it stored in a hard case in a backpack with soft microfiber clothes, so it stayed clean and wasn't subjected to crushing. It goes through the same cleaning protocol my other brushes do on a weekly basis, where I manually pull out any easy to get to hair that I didn't get after each session anyways, then gently clean the base of the brush with a soft bristled toothbrush to remove skin cells and finally use a hair remover to pull out anything that's really tangled in there - in this case, MISEL's own tool. But now, I've noticed that about a third of the bristles have fallen off or apart, into the brush, frayed or been damaged. Especially those in the center of the brush, as seen in the photo.Meanwhile, my Mason Pearson brush from 2011 is still going strong. I don't think a single bristle has fallen off or broken since using it. And I've been using it much more frequently, while at home and when traveling in prior years. Just doing the math, we're talking no less than 7000 times. Granted, the MP was six or seven times more expensive than the Misel when I bought it through Costco, but it's technically already proven its value. I'll reach out to the seller since they have a warranty, but I don't have my hopes up. Will definitely edit this if I get any positive feedback or see that their replacements have improved in quality.Even then, keep in mind that the actual sturdiness compared to the more expensive brands definitely has something to improve on. My brush has lost ~20-30% of its bristles with literally 1/70th of its use against the other brush that has had almost no visible change in a decade.Fairly surprised, since the majority of these reviews are very positive. Hopefully mine was just a dud, but I'm afraid that most people who are reviewing are only looking at immediate results, instead of its value and effectiveness over time.
