## Questions & Answers

**Q: Had anyone under 5'2" tried the middle size? It looks like it might be too long.**
A: The length of the middle size is 16.1''.

**Q: Is it filled with sand or iron pellets?**
A: Sand

**Q: Does the vest move when running?**
A: The vest moves minimally when running. I tend to run only 2 to 3 miles when wearing the vest. Occasionally, it might irritate my neck but that’s not often.

**Q: Machine washable?**
A: I do not machine wash mine. I actually spray mine off with a garden hose. Even when you take out all of the weights it’s still too heavy, in my opinion, to be washed in a washing machine.
