Great oven and great customer service. ### ⭐ Dead on arrival *by J***. on July 19, 2023* My unit arrived dead on arrival. None of the functions worked. The oven would just beep continuously. I spoke with Jose at Whynter tech support. He heard the constant beeping and said something was wrong. He said someone would get back to me. Later I received and email from Jose. He stated that I had to submit a video of the beeping. I asked him why since he heard it himself. He replied that I have to submit the video if I want any help from them. Even though the oven was dead on arrival, he wouldn't send a replacement. I contacted Amazon and they are sending a replacement. They told me not to return the defective unit. It seems like maybe there is a known problem with these. It seems like a nice oven. It's much heavier that my last oven even though it is smaller.
