I've had zagg on and off since my droid X2 in 2012. Off and on to varying levels of success, meaning when it fails it's a huge problem. My s20 plus for example shattered from a 4 foot drop onto a brick sidewalk that had just enough unevenness to crack it, even though I had a decent case and a glassfusion. Still, no product is 100 percent and understanding this I bought this one knowing I needed to better keep it in my own hands and/or get a case with a lip that rose above screen at least 4mm. And damnit I'm so glad that I got this. It would be broken a few times over without it. And instead of having to pay ten (highly recommend, most bad reviews here are from self install complaints) for another protector and a trip to the zagg kiosk I'm still happy with it's look and level of protection. If and when you do though don't tell them you got it on anazon, they apparently don't like people paying less than 60. You can see one little wavy mark for each place where the start of a shattered screen protector or a shattered screen either way it acts as glass and is as bulletproof as you get.

Ended up taking me 3 of these before I could get it to apply half decent. The applicator tray has 4 pegs that you are meant to line up and then apply the protector. The major issue is that it is near impossible to do this without a part of the protector touching the screen first. This can cause major bubbles and particulate to get in under the protector. I have put on many protectors on many phones and this is one of the most irritating for me. On the plus side, if you can get it applied well the touch is great as well is the clarity. I have also not had an issue with the fingerprint sensor. Luckily there is a pretty decent warranty on these and they can turn them around pretty fast if you need a replacement. The thing rrally holding it back to get a higher review is the twitchy application process. I like the product over all and have not had any issues with the company as far as requesting replacements. If you purchase just be careful appling and you should like it past that.

Durable and does a terrific job of protecting the screen from cracking. I had it on my S20 for a couple of years and even though it cracked over the years, the screen of the phone was still in perfect condition, like new. It did what the manufacturer claims it is designed to do. It's worth it.

The surface will “pick”, I don’t think it will be as durable as the glass version.

I can't add a picture so picture a smooth plastic wrapper with a bunch of indented lines. Those lines are there because of normal usage. My husband looked at my new phone and asked if my screen protector had arrived then offered to put it on. It was on, perfectly. He commented, what are all of those indents / scratches? I explained it they were on the screen protector. I don't have any issues bc it is working 2 months in and really works great for fingerprint recognition. And application was same as most.

Love this screen protector. The included installation jig makes it easy to get a perfect install, so one protector is enough, you won't mess up 1 or 2 before you get one right.Fingerprint reader works perfectly, and there's no ugly circle like on the glass screen protectors.This protector is self-healing, which effectively means it's really hard to scratch. It can bang around in my pocket with some keys, and when I take it out, there will be lots of little indentations all over the screen protector, but within an hour or two they're completely gone. No permamant damage.I thought it was dumb paying this much for a screen protector, but I thought I'd try it since I've had such bad luck with a few other brands. Worth every penny, and I'll be buying one of these for my next phone.

When i received this i was extremely disappointed to see it was like there original film screen protector and not an actual piece of glass like i had grown to use on all my phones because the film ones weren't very good and would peel and scratch. Well shortly after installing this the corners/Sides started to peel up pretty badly, this was installed when the phone was brand new, like peel off the protective plastic and screen protector was installed immediately new. I got it warrantied through Zagg and installed the replacement the replacement stayed attached much better than the first but right on the very edge has peeled the tiniest bit and allowed dirt to stick under the edge which isn't so much of an issue for me but the real issue is its showing scratches all over the protector and is really starting to look bad. My particular scratches for the most part are coming from my Ottorbox plastic belt clip when i go to clip it back in to the holder sometimes it catches the edge of the screen but its rounded plastic and shouldn't be able to leave dents and scratches like this. Zagg needs to go back to there original glass and not this hybrid stuff that does not work and until they do i will not be using Zagg any more especially for the cost of this, im extremely disappointed especially considering i use to sell these protectors to customer for there phones.

Zagg is usually a great product, and I install many, so I knew how to install. It was just substandard. It was not what I expected from them.

Facil de instalar, producto 100 % orignal, no se porque hay otros comentarios que indican que no es original o es dificl de instalar.Le pongo 4 estrellas porque yo he notado lo siguiente.1.- El acceso por huella se me dificulta un poco en las mañanas frias como que le cuesta al sensor reconocer mi dedo frio.2.- En ocasiones tengo que hacer un poco mas de presión para que reconosca mi huella3.- La mica parece ser de un plastico blando puesto que se le quedan las marcas de las uñas o algun rallon.El único inconveniente que le quita la calificación 10 / 10 es el tema del sensor que tengo que hacer un poco mas de presión para que me reconozcaActualización 29/11/2021La mica se raya con facilidad, el materia de la mica no es mismo que otros productos de la marca, este es un material tipo plastico, el cual no dudo que no soporte golpes fuertes, pero es un material que se marca con facilidad, marcas me refiero a arañones con la uña, rayones leves. De un día para otro se marcaron 2 rayones muy notorios. No había tenido problemas con productos de esta marca (siempre los he usado para iphone) pero para el caso de Zagg y productos Samsung nada recomendable.

Definitely difficult to install due to it most likely having bubbles as many reviews have stated. So why 5 stars then? Well I was initially disappointed about the bubbles not going awarly when I stalling it properly but magic happen 2 days later. The bubbles disappeared by themselves. I had approx 3 bubbles left after the installation and using the tool to push bubbles out, located left below the fingerprint reader but not kidding after two days using the phone and turning the phone onto the display by putting the display in the night on an even surface the bubbles disappeared completely and I am left with a perfect application of the shield as well as a working fingerprint reader. The fingerprint reader is not as snappy as without the shield but it does work. This was the 5th screen protector brand that I bought for the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Ultra and finally it is done. Maybe it is related to the high temperature in Singapore or the humidity, but I am happy with the final result. So thank you Zagg, you truly delivered when many others failed miserably.

Before buying a screen protector for your S21 5G, check if you have the pre-installed one on your phone (look for a "ring" around the front camera).This is a great screen protector, easy to put on, but the on-screen fingerprint sensor won't read you print, even if you erase the fingerprint and try to do it again with the screen protector on.
