It really works
Fantastic stuff for high mileage engine's, all these super thin 0w30 oils used nowadays are too thin for engines once they get some serious miles on them. Our fiat panda was noisy (166000 miles) once this stuff ( it's really thick) was added it sounds like a much newer car ... This was two months ago and it still sounds great and the small puff of smoke on startup has gone.
