Great product
The tiles used had a matte finish and were hard to clean. We bought matt tiles for the floor because we wanted a non-slip surface in the shower area, but we did not anticipate the cleaning problem. Glaze Guard has sealed the floor. However being a novice with GlazeGuard, we did discover that the thickness of the application is important, so my application was a bit uneven in a few places, so I will have to touch it up in some areas.

Product peels
I do not recommend this product. I applied it as per the instructions and within a month it began peeling.

This is not a matte finish
Applied to a test tile and discovered this is semigloss. The matte sealer is not as advertised.

Matte is SUPER matte.
It did exactly what it was supposed to do. The only thing I am disappointed about was I was assuming the gloss on the tile would come through the matte. I didn’t want it to have too much gloss so I got the matte. The result was absolutely no gloss. It completely sealed the gloss and converted it to matte. It still looks fine. So I’m not too concerned.
