I use the Tena for occasional light leakage. Not sure they would be adequate for someone who had little or no bladder control. **Q: Are the 120 count moderate to light pads the same as the 48 count moderate Tena pads?** A: which 48 Tena pad? the 62718? The 62718 is more absorbent than the 120 count. **Q: Tena guards for a larger fluid** A: Tena Guards are considered appropriate for moderate leakage. I would say the most recent redesign that I received for my last order has less capacity than the previous design. **Q: Can these be turned around for fecal accidents?** A: These can be used in any way the user chooses. I used them for urinary problems but I put the narrow end at the top because the majority of the surface is at the wide area.
