Teach Yourself I'm Worth More: Realize Your Value. Unleash Potential

I bought this book not knowing anything about Rob or if this book was going to be any good but I really struggle with confidence issues and thought I would give it ago.. what’s the worst that could happen? After reading it this has been able to completely change my mind set and change my outlook on life, I am re-reading it again as every time I do I feel more hopeful and optimistic about my future and puts into perspective all of my issues (mostly childhood trauma) and I can begin to see where I go wrong as well as giving you answers on how to change. I started listening to his post casts on Spotify and they are amazing too he really has a natural ability at making you feel better which I believe is a gift. He is a normal down to earth bloke writing a book about personal experiences combined with other well known issues people struggle with, I highly recommend the book it doesn’t cost the earth and if you don’t like it then you just don’t read it again and if you love it like I did go back to it, keep it on the book shelf because anything that has the power to make you believe in yourself is worth keeping in your life.

Really love this book! It has great content and value. There is practical advice some. Really mind blowing moments and some. Heartwrenching realities. Well worth the read and if you implement it will change your life

This is a fantastic insight to our selfworth. This is probably one of the biggest things holding us back from having a better life. With this book, the author shows us how we are worth much more (even by doing nothing more that what we already do).... I highly recommend this book, no matter how you feel about your selfworth.

Good service from company in regards to getting the book to you but the content of the book was just the guy going on and on and on and on about himself - absolute drivel. Please don't buy this lest it encourages him to write anything else.

Another great read by Rob, some repetition from his last books though which stopped it from getting 5 stars (and lots of bullet points which really ruin the flow of reading for me).Rob maybe try not to write one every year and come up with some 100% new content
