Does what it says on the box!
Perfect little PC for what I needed - maybe not the fastest Rocketship out there, but no slouch either, and perfectly capable of managing everything Win10 and I throw at it. Arrived with a clean install of Win 10 Pro. One picture shows a mouse & keyboard, but these are not included. Another one-star review condemned it for being too noisy, and it can be, but the BIOS settings can be changed (press F1 repeatedly after powering up to get to the BIOS) so it runs as quiet as a mouse. Very pleased with the wee beastie, the price, and the dealer. 10/10

Overheating issues and faulty USB ports
After a couple of months one of the USB ports on the rear of the device stopped working. This is pretty common with these old refurbished computers and it's happened to me before so I don't think it's an issue with this retailer but more likely the computer model itself. I circumvented this by buying a USB hub to plug into the other working USB ports.The computer has severe overheating issues and becomes scolding hot to the touch. This causes the computer to glitch a lot of freeze. This could be something to do with the thermal paste but I'm assuming that was newly applied considering it's a refurbI would avoid this unless you're desperate.
