Kouber Anatomical Medical Knee Joint with Ligaments Model,Life Size

I've been an active endurance athlete all my adult life but cycling accidents injured my meniscus and eventually led to arthritis in my knees. This model sits on my desk where I can see it every day and still have hope for being able to run again. This is an accurate representation of a healthy knee, that bends, shows the meniscus, bone, cartilage, and ligaments. Make my knee great again!

I highly recommend this product. It is very professional and reasonably priced.

This model is very helpful for my basic anatomy class. The ligaments and cartilage are clear, and the joint moves easily. For a more advanced class, you may want a model w/ tendons and muscles. I've only used this for a month, and it's held up very well. Colleagues have warned that the ligaments can tear, so just be careful when passing it around.

The patella is placed a bit too high on the femur but overall a decent model for education of my patients. It gets the point across.

As with all of the anatomical models that we purchase (and a big BRAVO! to Amazon for making these available to us), we have no idea if this is a true and accurate model of a human body part. We use these simply as décor for our weird home library. As one of us has yet another body part replaced/worked on, we collect a model of it to display in our large library/cabinet of curiousities . Last year we also went ahead and bought a teaching-quality full skeleton replica, since as we age, everything seems to be going to pot. Sigh. This is well-built, nicely sized for display, and stands solidly, which is all that we can attest to with our limited anatomical knowledge!
