I like these because it’s affordable and the pills are small and easy to swallow. It does give me good energy and supports the spectrum of B vitamins I need.

I normally wouldn't write so much but I have so much energy that I want to! Thank the Lord in heaven I found out I have a B vitamin absorption issue. I used to take regular B complex and felt zero difference. So I dismissed B vitamins as irrelevant. This methylated form shoots the MOST energy in me ever, I can only take one!! Running around doing laundry getting shh done. And I have ADHD executive dysfunction!! But make sure you're checking out your other deficiencies for it to work properly, I was also severely deficient in iron. I am getting iron infusions while taking this, and it's pretty blissful honestly. The flood of iron and B vitamins after being deficient so long is making me feel high 😂 this B complex gives me a soothed feeling in my body similar to 🍃. Takes away all my depression and anxiety and feelings of dread in my body, I feel fixed. If this doesn't give you energy or feel different you probably have another deficiency and need to get tests done to find it. Once I fixed both iron and b12 babyyyy im up for the first time in my life WOW I can accomplish so much going from being bedridden crying all day to doing my classes and being ambitious and motivated and able to learn!! Just wow my brain feels fixed. I'm still on my healing journey so yeah but this is so important I wish people knew how important deficiencies are. It's like night and day your whole personality and life changes. It gives me happiness, calm, motivation, energy, mental clarity, focus, learning ability. Just wow. My family is very happy my irritability is gone. People focus so much on mental health but entirely neglect physical health. You cannot heal emotionally at ALL if your body is sick!!! Vitamin D zinc magnesium are some other important ones to look at! Wish y'all healing

Noticable effects in about 6-7 days, compared to regular non methylated!!

I’m not sure why, but I keep trying different b-complex supplements with other things added in because I have severe issues with my energy levels. I always go back to this one bc it is superior. It makes a huge difference in my energy levels, and I feel like I believe I should when I take these.

I have used this product for about 2 years now. It is important to me to stay away from Folic Acid and Cyanocobalamin. This product is the natural methylated vitamin B.

I take 1 in the morning and the second around 2pm. I feel great! I have energy and I actually go to bed at a decent time

Pour les personnes en mauvaise santé, tout ceci est encore plus vrai !J'apprécie que ce produit propose l'ensemble du spectre des vitamines du groupe B sans ajout de minéraux (comme dans de nombreux suppléments vitaminiques du marché), dont certains peuvent être problématiques, voire nuisibles par leur côté oxydant.La forme méthylée est ce qui se fait de mieux pour une absorption optimale au vu des connaissances actuelles. Enfin, je lis dans les commentaires quelques plaintes relevant des effets secondaires. Cependant, il faut savoir qu'une telle cure, en relançant certains processus physiologiques stoppés par des carences, peut provoquer des symptômes de détoxification négatifs. Le mieux dans ce cas est d'y aller prudemment en réduisant les doses, voire en faisant des pauses. Chacun doit bien évidemment écouter son corps et, si nécessaire demander l'avis d'un professionnel de santé.

Good value, from a brand I trust. Activated/ methylated b vitamins.well balanced, strong without being ridiculously so.small tablet, easily swallowed. Feel better on them. Only improvement I can suggest is to make the B1, the thiamine the fat soluble version called benfotiamine. Perhaps that would have pushed the price up to much though ? Anyway the rest is perfect. I particularly like that tablet is the time release version for all day energy. Haven't come across anyone else doing that.

Been taking this daily for a while and noticed a more consistent energy level through the day, less of the usual afternoon dip. Sustained release seems to actually make a difference compared to regular B complex I've tried before. No jitters or nausea taking it with food. Would repurchase.

Muy bueno, es el que uso desde que me enteré que estaba en la perimenopausia. Lo elegí porque es completo y por la absorción que es muy buena. Cuidado al tomar la segunda toma sino no duermes recomiendo hacerlo hasta las 16 horas, dependiendo del horario que te acuestes diariamente. Da un subidón por la mañana y ayuda a empezar el día con energía. Me va fenomenal para el TDAH también.
