A must have balsamic!
No comparison to mass market balsamics. This is fruity, smooth, mellow and has less acidity. Makes a caprese taste amazing.

Very good flavor, however Red label one is more refined
This is a very good balsamic, with an low acidic level, in a scale of 1-10 10 being very acidic, this one is probably a 5 in the acidity level, i have also bought "Giuseppe Giusti Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Modena 3 Gold Medals " which is in the red/marron label and that one is less acidic maybe a 2 or 3 and has a more dense feel and flows thicker. Both are excellent.

Thinner and tangier than expected
I was looking for a thicker more syrupy balsamic such as what you get in Italy and like I’ve purchased from Saratoga Oil Co. This isn’t it. It has a nice flavor but is tangy and very thin. I had a hard time remembering which product I’d ordered before and thought I’d try this. This was a lot more money and not as good. The traditional ages from Saratoga is what I would recommend.

The best balsamic for the price
Amazing flavor and all around perfect viscosity! The price was very reasonable because you can’t beat the quality of this balsamic.

It's all about the flavor for me .
This vinegar is actually excellent. It's not as good as some I bought in Milan, Italy. Maybe it has something added to it once it leaves the country, compared to me buying it there. It's still excellent and I would recommend someone buying it.

Happy-happy
Amazon has asked me to post a new review. The company was founded in 1605. The product is fantastic. That's why I ordered it. It was a great feeling to order and I was very happy to receive the package. The balsamic vinegar is thick and delicious. Unfortunately part of the package was missing because there was a hole in the box marked Amazon. The wax broke off the jars, but that's ok
