So worth it!!
These Resistance Bands for Working Out are great for squats. They are durable and easy to use (meaning how to use). They are comfortable to wear and you can take them anywhere. I like the colors. I had an injury that laid me out for a bit so I got these to start back working out at home slowly. They kicked my butt but they really made the difference in my glutes! I like being able to wake up and bang out some squats first thing. Great price! I would purchase them again.

Not great quality. All the bands seem to have the same resistance regardless of colour.

Comes in a black pouch containing two sealed packs of strong rubber resistance bands (5) - Colour coded for strength. Also includes workout sheet with suggestions for exercises. Really impressed with the quality. Should work great for physio rehab.
