Tech Support follow up
Tech support is amazing for this company. I was helped by several members of this team, and each one was better than the last. I was on hold for 20 min, but when i accidentally disconnected the first person returned my call within a minute! Then i finally got connected to Rene, (He was the star) we went through several exercises, and he resolved to RMA my DVR. I got disconnected again, and BAM - he recalled my number, and finished out the process. BUY FROM GW guys. you will not be disappointed! (In the help desk at all).
