What is the smallest this can go? I have a very tiny wrist and most things like this are too loose.

I gave this to a friend, so I don't have an exact answer. We both liked it, and it fit both of us. Her wrist is larger, my wrist is small, 6 in around.. Hope that helps. Amazon has easy return policy, if it doesn't fit. It would also make a great gift for a sewing friend!
