The anycubic photon specifies 405nm wavelength resin, would this resin still work for the anycubic photon?

yes, Blu will cure with 405nm UV light.  In fact, the resin was developed using Photon as a benchmark and you can find many Blu users in Photon community groups.  You can also find Blu user guide on our website Siraya Tech which also details exposure time, cleaning, post curing, and other info.

Can you safely add monocure rapid flex100 to this resin? also, for miniatures printed on a photon, is blu or sculpt better? thanks

A better question is, what are you looking to do because there is no perfect resin and you pick resin not just based on price but also on what they are designed for.

Blu has good resolution, a bit of flexibility which makes it one of the toughest UV resins in the under $100 range.   It prints very accurate and is ideal for mechanical parts, functional prints that need strength and accuracy.

Sculpt is hi temperature resistant, high hardness resin for great resolution but it is more brittle than Blu.  It is ideal for model makers who need a resin to show off their designs or making molds with it. It is also very easy to post process like sanding and cleaning and popular with digital sculptors (hence the name).

As you can see, both resins are developed for different purposes.   Yes, you could probably add flex100 to Blu already but if Blu is already strong, adding flex100 may weaken it.

I would like to print mini figures with high detail mainly static figures. Does it cut the mustard in terms of what I'm looking for?

It is hard to tell what level of resolution you are looking for. Some of our mini users print Blu straight and prime.  Other prints a mix of Sculpt and Blu with extra resolution and dark grey color for higher resolute while still keep the print non-brittle thanks for the Blu part.  A common mix is 70% sculpt 30% Blu.
