I have tried pretty much every OTC pill, ointment, salve, balm, spray, cream, patch, rollerball, etc.—you name it, I've tried it. This stuff works, and, in my opinion, works better than other products I've tried like BioFreeze. It is pricier, but I don't mind paying more for higher quality ingredients; I have sensitive skin and I haven't had any problems ASUTRA products. Personally, I think the magnesium spray works a little better, but the pain relief cream works well without having to wait for the spray to dry, and doesn't leave any residue on my skin like the magnesium can. Bear in mind, this will not eliminate your pain if on a scale of 1-10 you’re in the 5+ range, but in my experience it has made my pain/discomfort more tolerable.
