We use these for one of our senior dogs and she thanks you. Her cushings was giving her lots of problems and these have helped her in many ways.

Within 2 weeks of giving this to my dog every night, he started looking and acting so much better. It’s been a month now and he’s back to himself—happy and energetic. Untreated Cushing’s makes them feel crummy, which makes them grumpy. I was so worried about him. He’s only 9 years old and all of a sudden started acting so different back in March 2025. It’s now July 2025. He had lost muscle and was always tired for a few months there. He was losing some hair and had bumps showing up on his skin. All of that is reversed now after a full month on this. I also feed him homemade food (beef, salmon, sardines, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes) every day. No poultry ever. I give him this at night crushed up and added to a can of sardines. He threw up when I gave it to him on an empty stomach. But does fine with the sardines. I also put a probiotic, chaga mushroom powder, Myos, and Pet Wellbeing adrenal drops in his breakfast and dinner. I was doing all of this before adding this HMR lignins+melatonin and wasn’t seeing improvement. It wasn’t until I added this that he made a total turnaround. Added muscle back, no more bumps on his skin, no more little patches of hair loss, and back to being so sweet, energetic, and never grumpy. So thankful for this stuff!

This did make a difference in our dog with cushings. She used to eat it on its own with good palatability. I’m not sure if it’s just lot 2603-133 or if the entire recipe changed, but my last 2 deliveries have a different color, shape and my dog no longer eats it on its own unless in pill pocket or equivalent. Very sad!

18 lb shi poo. My dog is not diagnosed with cushings. Those numbers are only slightly elevated. She is 15 and started getting anxious for no reason especially at night. It really could be like some body gave her something. Some panting. Difficult to settle and sleep all night. This has worked incredibly. Honestly has likely extended her life so her heart won’t explode. It works enough all day, too. We crush the pill in an 1/8 tsp powdered bone broth add water then her dry food at night. I am grateful to others who wrote reviews.

We have been using this supplement for our Britney's Cushings for 4 days. I can see an improvement in getting her calm enough to sleep at night and not waking up as often. She still goes outside twice a night. Her drinking is close to normal, but her appetite isn't as good. She doesn't seem to pant as much. Easy for her to take straight, 1 hr prior to bed. My biggest complaint is the bottle was missing 4 tablets. I counted them as soon as I opened the bottle as others mentioned this poor quantity control. For an expensive supplement, I consider this stealing.

Our 9-year-old Westiepoo Terrier "Jack" was headed downhill after being diagnosed with Cushing's disease. He started losing a lot of hair all over his body, chewed off all his hair from his hands & legs, skin blisters, and most importantly a big pot belly! We started him off with this every day alongside Ashwagandha (350mg), Milk Thistle, & Dandelion. Unfortunately, it seemed he was doing worse as the months flew by and we were worried Jack's under too much pain to live through it. Until we cut back the Milk Thistle & Dandelion, adjusted his water intake carefully (one 375ml cup every 1-2 hours), while only giving him his proportional doses of HMR Lignans with Ashwagandha every day. Believe it or not, it worked! Jack is feeling much better now and got his entire fur coat back and it even looks healthier than ever! His pot belly reduced but is still relatively there, which makes sense since his stomach muscles got really relaxed after several months being bloated. So I'd highly recommend this, but make sure to do the following as well: 1. Monitor and adjust water intake carefully. Just cause your dog is constantly thirsty, doesn't mean you should keep giving them water whenever they give you the puppy eyes. Jack was begging endlessly until we put our foot down and decided that all the water intake was making his condition much worse. One 375ml cup every 1-2 hours should be more than enough. 2. Be careful what other natural supplements you're giving your dog. Ashwagandha worked for Jack, whereas Milk Thistle & Dandelion didn't. Or maybe it was the fact we were giving him too many supplements at once. I am uncertain, so be careful and go slowly with 1-2 supplements first. 3. Give your dog a lot of love and attention. Your dog is going through a lot of pain, it will need comforting during this difficult journey. We recently also got another female Akita as well, which backfired miserably at first, made him constantly anxious as he's quite dominant and she was a threat to his comfort zone. However, when she went into her period, Jack started to warm up to her a lot, they became closer, and Jack was feeling much better afterwards. So since there isn't that much information out there, I thought I'd share my experience with Jack here in hopes it'll help someone out there! Good luck and hope your dog will feel much better soon.

My dog won’t eat them by themselves, they have to be hidden in her food. They make her mad drowsy all day and night. The melatonin seems to be a bit strong for a 20lb dog. I had her on just straight lignans but thought I’d switch to this one. She was doing better on the other product. Her thirst seems to have increased on this medication. I think it’s from her being so drowsy/sleeping all day and night that when she is awake she has to make up for all the hours she should’ve had to drink water. She’s still getting me up in the middle of the night. I will have her finish this bottle but then I’m switching her back to the other brand. She’s too old to to be this drowsy. It makes her unstable. I’m concerned these aren’t working great for her with the increased thirst she’s been experiencing. She’s been on these for about a week now. Also wanted to add that I asked a question about the melatonin and drowsy side effect wondering if she will get used to it eventually but no one ever answered. Update: My dog’s Cushing has gone back to be terrible on this supplement. She is back to drinking a ton of water constantly. I do not recommend this and have changed my review to 1 star. Also I’m returning the product. Way to expensive not to work. My poor dog has been feeling ill for a week now cuz I was waiting to see if this product took longer to get in her system. I feel so bad. I immediately ordered the other supplement I know works but couldn’t get recently and that is why I tried this one. Never again. Don’t buy this product if you love your dog it will only make them drowsy and keep them thirsty AF.
