Always read the percentages. The men's 120 ct and 200 ct are different even centrum sells them as Men.I like the men's 130 ct for the 24% magnesium. No other pill or count has that amount. More specifically its to cover my bases when I'm not eating much from losing weight. There's a lot more involved but yeah. The first time I lost 100lbs in like 7 months and gained a bit of muscle but most importantly, I didn't die. So that's cool.
