Better - an update
My earlier review appears below. After nearly four months of use (and experience with a drugstore heating pad) I'm ready to recommend this pad with 5 stars. Combined with stem cell treatments, pt, and supplements, it has done wonders for my knees. So I'm leaving the earlier review for comparison, but I am ultimately very happy with the purchase. It works fine, but it doesn't cover as much area as I'd like. Also, I'm fairly sure I would have been just as happy with a drugstore heating pad that cost much less. Nevertheless, it works, and the company's customer service is stellar.

Feels like could be hotter
Maybe it’s just me and I don’t quite understand the science but it seems the unit could give off more heat.

Works well but........
Worked great for my knee rehab but seems very expensive for the quality. I'm not sure how long the on/off switch will last. The switch feels very low quality.

Buyer Beware - Not worth the money
Bought this for my husband and it didn't work at all like we expected. It hardly got warm at all. Definitely better off using a regular heat pad. Also, this item is non-refundable. This was a very expensive lesson learned!

Clunky and doesn’t heat up properly. Only an on/off button.
This barely heats up and is very clunky to wear. Just lays on the top and doesn’t conform to the knee. It has only an on/off button and no temperature control. I didn’t realize that it couldn’t be returned. Very disappointed in this item.

I use this product and like it. Makes my knee nice and warm.
My doctor recommended this for after stem cell injection to my right knee. I use it on low for 20-30 minutes once or twice a day on average. I recently also did something to make my knee a little mad on the inside of my right knee and I think it made it better. It is suppose to increase circulation and help healing. I also called the manufacturer, and the service person was nice to explain how it works. (when I first got it)

FABULOUS Heating Pad
This is an amazing heating pad...you can feel the pain and lactic acid melting away. I take this everywhere to help me with a chronic back and leg problem from a serious horseback riding accident and recommend to many of my patients. An excellent buy and money well spent in my opinion!
