Not working with free PBX and 3cx

I had tried to connect free PBX and 3cx system. But this gateway not connected.

Doesn't work with at&t 4G sim card,

it never registers to the cellular network, I tried differents sims cards, nothings works, on the web page I saw the IMEI so the sim is detected but can't register.I have to return it.
