I don't like regular chair, it hurt and pressure my butt, would this help my problem? I don't want put any pressure to my butt at all.

This chair will move around half of the pressure from butt to knees. Remember though, that your knees probably aren't used to this sort of position. It will undoubtedly relieve back and butt pressure but most people cannot completely give up the regular chair. If the knee cushions were spread wider and a little more dense padding this chair could nearly replace a regular chair for me.

can it be folded for easy storage?

No. To collapse the chair requires removing a few screws and the height adjuster. Even then it will not lay flat.

is 6'5 pushing it for the height limit?
