I bought this pink rock salt because I'm a mature 50 plus woman who needs to watch my diet a little better now at first I thought that the pink salt would make a taste different but it does not I put it in my UV light salt Amazon salt grinder shaker I set it on low and it the salt does not taste different because it's pink but it does do something for your body that's way better than most supplements can do it also has iodine in it which you definitely need and don't skip the salt anymore when you need some cuz a little goes a long way with this stuff definitely recommend Himalayan Chef pink Himalayan salt rock salt brand

This is a wonderful salt. It literally makes your food taste fantastic in comparison to standard table salt. The texture is smooth and the quality is very good, It's kosher, clean - the color/consistency uniform and it dissolves well. The grind is fine, so you have to be careful if you try to use a shaker since modern shakers are for a coarser salt. The package itself seals well, but with my last container half of it was hard as a brick so they only got 4/5 stars. It's usually better than that though.
