I thought this was great but after my blood test results today
Well, I thought this was great but after my blood test results today, I have an elevated B6 which becomes toxic and the Doctor told me to stop taking any supplements with B6. The thing is, I was only taking one pill probably 3x a week. Bottle says it has 3,750% of B6! That's must be too much! Go get your bloodwork if you take this and make sure to check everything Iron, Calcium, Vitamin D, the all the B (B12, B1,B2,B3,B6) etc.

Great Product!
As with any vitamin or supplement you need to take this for a week or so before you really begin to see the kind of results you are looking for. Your body needs process the ingredients and put them to work. I have been taking this for almost two weeks and have noticed that I do sleep way better and am able to deal with the stress I run into at any given time. Just being able to sleep on a regular basis helps tremendously in dealing with stress. This is not some herbal version of Valium...OK? What this supplement seems to do best is equip your body to better deal with what you are already trying to deal with and not getting any success. When your body is deficient in the vitamins and minerals it needs in dealing with stress you will feel the effects of that deficiency. I highly recommend you give this a try. I am glad that I did. I also found this product works best when taking it with your meals each day. I take one with dinner each night and that seems to be working great for me. I received this product for a slight discount in return for an honest review.

No side effects at all!
Normally I have problems with "stress" suppliments. I think it has to do with the vitamin B or something because normally these kinds of pills irritate my urinary tract but this DOES NOT and so far it's the only "stress" related pill I've taken that doesn't. I have no side effects at all from them. I haven't been under a great deal of stress lately to discern if these help or not but I don't see any drawbacks in taking them on a daily basis. You do need to take them with a meal otherwise you could get a bit of a upset tummy though. This is a very high quality suppliment and I would highly recommend it.

I love a good herbal remedy
I love a good herbal remedy. This product features magnesium, calcium and vitamin c, amongst a host of other vitamins and herbs. The downside to this product is the recommendation to take three at once. I spread them out and still noticed a calming quality. You need to take these with food or you'll get an upset stomach. I love that it is a non-GMO product made in the USA. This product was purchase at a discounted rate for an honest and unbiased review.
