This is the HP print cartridge, not a refilled version. Works great!

Overpriced
The best but definitely way over priced. The Chinese copies are much cheaper and seem to function nearly as good.

Ink cartridges worked as advertised, quick delivery. I think HP is out of line with their prices, but this was the best price, I could find.

Delivery was great
Some how the cartridges I had on hand just would work and I needed to print a document asap. I ordered the HP 952XL on Saturday and received it on Sunday. Thanks!!! What is disappointing is the fact that the cartridges I had on hand had not run out of ink but my HP copier wouldn't cooperate. So, I had to order a new batch.

Quality is excellent but…
These are manufactured by HP for HP printers and enabled my Officejet Pro 8720 printer to work flawlessly. I have read that HP has begun updating all of their printer firmware so that you can no longer run non HP brand ink which is what I was using due to the high cost of their brand ink. About two weeks ago my printer stopped printing and a message appeared telling me to only use HP ink. I really like this printer, but don’t appreciate updates that designed to change my printer to my disadvantage without my consent. For about the same price as a set of the cartridges, I can purchase a new ink tank printer with a supply of ink. I’m shopping for a new printer and it won’t be an HP.

El producto llego a posterioriori de su fecha limite de devolución y aparte mandaron unos cartuchos muy similares, pero no son compatibles con la officejet 7740, marca un error en la pantalla, tuve que comprarlos en amazon USA y ya me llegaron como debe ser pero por lo pronto, esto fue un tomada de pelo y un tiradero de dinero....

The cartridge purchased was stated to be compatible with OfficeJet Pro 8715 both on the website and packaging. The printer (OfficeJet Pro 8715) doesn't print with the cartridge installed and the label inside says only cartridges 953/953xl are compatible.
