Can an elf on the shelf fit in this?

i dont do elf on a shelf but from what i see on google they look about 10 - 11 inches long. this clear ornament ball is only 4 inches so I would say no. unless you have it sitting in the ball with legs hanging over the edge and hat pushed down it might fit. hope this helps!

How thick is the plastic?

Now I haven’t measured the thickness but having worked with several of these I would say the thickness is around 1/16 of an inch. They are not fragile though.
