Beatrice Bakery Pineapple Macadamia Nut Cake Ring 24 Oz.

There are excellent cakes! Not at all like the packaged fruitcakes at the local store that are so full of preservatives they will probably last 5 years. This cake is fresh, tasty, and flaky like a homemade cake. Macadamias are fresh (I've run into stale macadamia in big lots at warehouse stores) and so is the pineapple. These cakes are not hard as a rock like the typical retail fruitcakes. You can cut this one with a fork. Not overly sweet. These make great gifts. I bought two for that very reason.

Received the cake today and I must say it is DELICIOUS. Filled with pineapple and macadamia nuts.. I will buy more . Reminds me of Hawaii.

The flavor was ok, but the cake was extremely dry. I would not order again
