I just bought this as some of the funky, cool blues songs I wanted to sing were not available as karaoke tracks. It worked fine, so I don't know what the deal was with the other person. Yes, you can hear a bit of a ghost vocal, but sometimes that is the backups and it's so minimal it didn't matter.The main deal is I could just use my own music library and not have to buy new tracks.
