It is not as good quality as they advertise and not comfortable foot rest for old people to use
The chair was shown as a Mughal style chair and was showing as a comfortable one. However, when my poor old parents got the delivery and they assembled with the help of a handy man, it was found to be very uncomfortable for sitting and getting up from it. Since it was not comfortable for the legs to sit they have to put a chair in front to have the support for the legs while sitting. Then when an old person is trying to get up the chair is going too forward that he almost loses his balance. So now they have moved the chair next to a table so that he can hold on to the table while sitting and getting up. I have to now look for a walking aid to make sure he can put this chair where he wants and sit on it without the fear of falling back or front. Disappointed in my purchase. In my mom's words "we cannot trust these people, they show one good quality chair and even our handy man could say the chair's quality was not that good at all. They are all cheats, so don't buy any more from these people". Sorry guys, you disappointed me !!!
