It Works! I’m on a medication that slows the bowel movements. This is my safe alternative. I use it daily and there’s no taste. Other things I used was hard to dissolve and thickened quickly. This doesn’t. The single packets cost more but the convenience is immeasurable. Easy to travel with and no mess or measuring needed.

My husband enjoys the convenience of not having to measure. Seems to think it’s effective.

It is very mild but, does the trick. I eat a breakfast every morning so I have something in my stomach. I choose this way always.

For many years I had been using colace regularly, with limited success ( won't bother you with the unpleasant details, but you know what the product is for ). Not only was the colace only marginally effective, I worried that I was using too much of it, too frequently. I saw a review here about someone using one dose of Miralax every three days, so I thought I would give it a try. Used it every three days and it worked, and worked very well ( perhaps too well ). So after a couple of weeks, I went to every four days, and it works even better, for me. YMMV. It is indeed colorless, but not entirely transparent. That's okay. What works best for me is one dose in 24 ounces of liquid every four days.

My husband has had constipation for years an MiraLAX has worked so far to fix the problem and the constipation is gone.

They are very helpful and the quantity of them is the best thing
