These clamps do a great job of keep my wood together when I do projects .They stay nice a tight for me.I have used other clamps but feel these do a better job.I highly recommend them to all you handy people

As noted by other reviewers, you only receive one clamp for the price not two. However, I was able to figure that out before I ordered and bought two. They are very well made and allow for pretty serious clamping for their size. I'm not trying to hold the parts of full scale projects together, but models, other hobbies, etc. These work very well. The release switch is in an unusual position, but I think that has to do with centering the ratcheting function for more effective and balanced clamping. Will probably buy a few more of these.

I have dozens of clamps and these are my favorite among the small ones. Far superior to the cheapos of this type. These adjust more smoothly, grip with at least double the pressure, maintain grip longer, don’t have the pads falling off all the time, and have a more convenient release mechanism.

If you need holding power, you need a different clamp. These are very small and useful for holding something when you don't have enough fingers or hands. Don't expect much clamping force. I use them a lot but primarily for extremely light duty clamping and simply holding two things together when I run out of hands and don't want to ask someone else for help.

I been using them every day now, so easy to adjust with one hand!

I've had these for 2 or 3 years now. They do work, but they are cranky. The release often sticks, sometimes it's very hard to get them to move. Also, when clamping, the handle frequently gets stuck in mid-stroke - won't go tighter, and won't snap back for another stroke. Then the handle has the disconcerting habit of releasing with a snap while you're doing something else (never actually lost the tension this way, at least).I recently bought a pair of the Jorgensen E-Z Hold. About the same price, but much better. They always work smoothly, and as a bonus they have a useful way of quickly connecting together for larger width. The Bessey claim a higher clamping force, but I never noticed any practical difference in actual use.

Thought this was bigger, but now its obvious. Used this along with my left hand to hold a piece of aluminum tubing and it held strong enough to saw through the whole thing with a hacksaw. Definitely not what it was made for but if youre looking for a mini clamp this will probably do what you're looking for perfectly fine for $6

I would buy this clamp again. Solid product and holds well.

Purchased 8-Clamps to replace the lower quality ones I've been using.These Bessey Clamps work as well as I hoped they would. They also have a range of 4.5" (my old ones were only 4.0")

Bessey staat voor kwaliteit. Dat bewijst ook deze eenhandsklem.De EZS15-8 en EZM15-6 zijn beide eenhandsklemmen met een bereik van 150mm. Maar als je deze naast elkaar legt dan lijkt de EZM15-6 bijna een versie voor kabouters. Beiden van prima kwaliteit. Maar de EZS15-8 steekt er met kop en schouder boven uit wat betreft robuustheid. Daar staat wel tegenover dat deze beduidend forser van formaat is en een stuk zwaarder. Ze dienen dus ieder hun eigen doel.
