I bought this item becouse i am 30 years old and my bunion s are owful..my item arrived in time - very fast.It comes with 8 pieces, and I have been able to make use of all of them. The big toe strap bunion cushion works really well. I use it on a daily basis whenever I am wearing shoes. Initially, when I put my socks over the silicon pad, I didn't think it would stay in its original position over time after some walking. However, I was amazed that the cushion pad stayed covering my bunion for the entirety of my 8-hour work day. I was also surprised to not see redness or feel any pain on the bunion area after getting home and taking off the silicon cushion. It is very simple to use and surprising, also very comfortable. I did not feel any discomfort while using it on a nightly basis. I have only used it a few days, so I cannot tell if it will actually correct my bunion issues, but so far, it definitely seems like it will be good for at least prevention of more severe complications as it is keeping my big toe properly aligned with the rest of my foot.I was given a discount for my review after trying this item.

These bunion cushions are very comfortable....They are made with a very soft silicone....Smooth and silky textured, easy to slit on and off....I can wear these all day and refreshed....I received them for absolutely free....
