This has been an excellent addition to my travel gear. This scale is small enough to bring on the trip to check weight for the flight home. I also keep it in my every day work bag for weighing odd sized shipping containers (see below) Very easy to use, pack your gear, wear the strap around your handle and clip, lift it up, weight displays! Ta da! Helpful for more than suitcases too! I’ve used this to weigh a very large box for FedEx. I wrapped a length of stretch wrap around the box, attached the scale to the band and lifted. It was extremely accurate. I got a weight of 10.22lbs, brought to the carrier where they put it on the scale - 10.2lbs. I also recently used it to weigh my work bag since I’ve been given a temporary medical lift restriction. Now I can make sure I’m not going above doctors orders. Who knew a little portable scale would be so versatile and durable!

This luggage scale is a lot more useful than I expected, and I honestly wish I had picked one up sooner. It’s small and lightweight — easy to hold in one hand and even easier to store. I just keep it inside one of the zippered pockets of my suitcase now and don’t even notice it’s there until I need it. Functionality-wise, it’s really straightforward. Even when I tried it on heavier bags, it handled the weight without issue. I tested it before a recent trip by comparing the reading to the airline’s scale at check-in, and it was spot-on — less than 0.2 lbs off, which is more than accurate enough to avoid overpacking or overweight fees. It maxes out at 110 lbs, which covers more than any airline would allow anyway, so you’re good no matter what size bag you’re dealing with. It comes with the battery included, which I appreciated, and I’ve used it for several trips now without having to replace it. The battery life seems solid, especially since you’re only using it for a few seconds at a time. It also powers off automatically, which helps conserve power. For how little it costs, the value is honestly great. It’s one of those things that pays for itself the first time you avoid an overweight fee. It doesn’t take up space, works fast, and feels durable enough to last a long time. If you travel even a couple times a year, this is a small investment that makes a big difference.

This is cool! Super easy to use. Just thread the loop and lift. Viola. I love that it has multiple unit types. It's compact and easy to read. I'm assuming it's accurate. This takes all the guesswork out and is so much easier than balancing a suitcase on a bathroom scale.

My wife was going back home to Thailand, and was planning on bringing a lot of items home with her. For the trip over, she packed two large suitcases, one and a half suitcases were clothes and shoes that she was bringing to give to people in her home village. We used this scale to check the weight (she was allowed 50 lbs per suitcase) and got both right to 50 lbs. When we checked her in, they weighed the bags, and their scale matched ours, that was great. For her return trip, she packed one and half bags of various items - Thai snacks, spices, dishes, cooking utensils, trinkets, flip flops (they are incredibly cheap and well made in Thailand) and some new clothes. Again she weighted the bags, found one to be a little over-weight, adjusted the otems between the two bags, and got each right at 5 lbs. Once again, at the airport, they weighed the bags, and the accuracy was perfect. Cannot speak too much about the battery life, as when she returned home, we removed the batteries until the next use.

The build quality is great. It has a nice strap and a backlit display. We have had it for a couple of months, and the battery still has not gone out. We have noticed, though, when weighing our suitcases, that the weight can fluctuate by a pound or two at points. It is very useful to get to a general idea, but if you are right at 40 pounds, results may vary when you get to the airport. Overall, I think it is a very useful product and fits in the backpack to weigh your suitcase at any point. Overall, I would say it is worth the money spent on it to not have to unload your suitcase at the airport when you are not sure if you are over by 5 pounds.

I love this luggage scale! It’s very accurate too! I weighed my bag at home and it was within .2 oz of the airport reading. Highly recommend! And it’s so easy to use. 👍🏼

In caso di dubbi si può sempre verificare il peso delle valige e intervenire prima di sentirsi chiedere sovraprezzi per il peso eccessivo. Si può anche contestare la precisione della misurazione dei banchi di accettazione, non sempre così perfetti. Per i cacciatori e pescatori si può misurare il peso delle prede in loco, sempre che siano contenute entro i 50 Kg!!. In definitiva ottimo e pratico prodotto. Consegna veloce come tradizione Amazon.
