Very happy with purchase. Quality underwear. Well worth the cost.
Received today and took it for a “test drive”. Odd perhaps to take your underwear for a drive. I’ll explain later. First about the boxer briefs. Soft 100% cotton. Waistband not restrictive nor scratchy. Elastic covered inside the same soft cotton material. Short leg part. If you’re looking for longer-pantleg boxer briefs, these may not be to your liking. I happen to like the in-between version of regular briefs and full leg length boxer briefs. I have a 34” waistline. Medium fits perfect. Hope it will hold up after washing it. I haven’t seen any comments/reviews/warnings about major shrinkage. Why I took my underwear for a test drive. I am 67 with an enlarged prostrate and at times have sudden urges that get me in trouble if there is no bathroom around within 60 seconds. I do not have a constant leakage issue as I’ve read in other reviews. I do not need protection at night nor during the day when I am home or near a bathroom. I do however need the protection when I am on the road away from home or close proximity to a restroom. I have been using “Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency”. Also an Amazon purchase. And although those provided excellent protection and saved me from quite a few embarrassing moments, they were too bulky for my taste. Too much padding in the back where I don’t need the protection. I must say today’s maiden voyage was successful. In addition to the briefs I also purchased from Amazon the “Depend Incontinence Guards for Men, Maximum Absorbency”. I read a review stating using pads with these briefs as extra protection. Well without going into details I can assure you it works! The pad absorbed while the briefs stayed dry. Note about the pads. The have an adhesive strip. I didn’t use for my first experiment. If needed for longer period without restroom availability I figure the protection of the brief would save the day and would absorb any overflow. Also the pad is easily removed and replaced. The pad comes in a discreetly packaged pouch about the size of a large wallet. Plan to bring a few when out and about for any sustained length of time away from a restroom. In closing, very happy with it. Very comfortable. Feels like wearing regular cotton briefs with the added sense of confidence of not feeling like an old incontinent pitiful senior. Priceless.

Great Transition Underwear
These were a great transition from the clunky diapers with a pad I’d been wearing since my prostate surgery. I still USE a light or heavy pad with these as needed, I once again feel normal, no chafing just nice soft feeling underwear. I’ve been using them daily for biking, golf and everyday use. I’ve had them for over a year and the quality is excellent, the price might seem high but it’s worth the price to feel normal again!! Don’t hesitate to try.

Good for some but those with heavy leakage, not so much.
Does not hold as much wetness as we hoped.

Bedding still wet when worn over a pull-up. :(
I was so excited to try these. Our special needs soon still wears pull-ups at night and we wash bedding 3 to 5 times a week because they leak. I was hoping this product worn over the top of his pull-ups would have been our solution. But nope, bedding was still wet in the morning. :(They appeared to be very comfortable and I liked the sleek fit as jammies still fit over them. The padding was just in front and I'm thinking we need it all around his bum as pee can leak out from his pull-ups while laying down from any angle.I'm glad I only bought one pair as they can't be returned. :(

Worth every nickle
These are not cheap but they do work really well for men to avoid urine accidents showing. To make them last longer and not shrink, I do not put them in the dryer; however, I do put them in the washing machine without any problem. They are extremely well made of quality materials. My elderly husband really likes how well these underpants work. They are surprisingly absorbent but they are not designed for holding the contents of a full bladder. They so impressed his doctor that he has recommended them to other patients.

Good design , poor quality
Underwear are fine at first. My leakage problem is minimal , but enough to require padded underwear. The problem is a durability issue. I've purchased 7 pairs and after 3 months , 6 of the pairs began to rip and tear. The item is designed well , it's just produced poorly.

it did not serve the purpose I had to go back to the pads
it did not hold much urine at all. It came through. I am not happy with it at all.

Excellent product, Excellent Value
I just bought several more pairs of these underwear for my husband. I originally bought them for him to wear when he is on the golf course and they were perfect for that. He, like many others has an enlarged prostate. These comfortable, reliable and well styled undies help when he has issues with getting to a restroom quickly. I’ve noticed he has pretty much abandoned his usual undies for these. They may seem a bit costly for some but the benefits out weigh any cost negatives you might have! Highly recommended!
