OMG. This stuff truly is the nectar of the gods. I am practically swooning as I down spoon after spoon of this stuff.And yes, it's that good. It needs nothing more than a vehicle to get to my mouth!Redolent with raspberry flavor, it's a thick and syrupy balsamic just like a quality aged balsamic should be.This would be a fine addition to vanilla or chocolate ice cream (I highly recommend dairy free cashew ice cream), and truly, it just shines when consumed by itself.We have bought the cherry one from this same brand in the past, and it was wonderful...another eat from the spoon one. But raspberries are my favorite fruit, so this one is it for me!If you love raspberries and aged balsamic, stop what you are doing, and order this! You will not be sorry.I cannot recommend this product enough.

I'm surprised no one has reviewed this yet! I bought this based off of the rave reviews on the other flavors and was not disappointed. This balsamic is authentic, rich and flavorful with just the amount of raspberry flavor to accent it. It's smooth and honestly tastes good enough to drink straight from the bottle. I'm putting it on everything I can, it's that good. $39.95 is a fantastic price for 25oz, especially for this quality. Buy the bigger bottle, you will not regret it. Will definitely be repurchasing!

I've got to stop trying new flavors of Chef Jean Pierre's balsamic vinegar; now I can't decide which one I like the most. The raspberry is to die for and I can't stop myself from reaching for it with every salad I make and why do prime customers have to pay for shipping for just the raspberry flavor???

Just delicious! .I add same amount of olive oil to salad & one bottle lasts at least 3-4 months...Would be even better if it was offered on Amamzon subscribe and save!.
