Great hydration tablets
Very good I used these in turkey when I had an upset stomach, they really helped. The taste isn't too bad either easy to use and dissolve quite quickly

Good electrolytes
Very good electrolytes has all you need in an electrolyte, the orange ones taste is quite mild so I’m trying different flavour next time. Only negative thing is the price compared to other brands, but I will still use these as hydration was good.

Tastes nice enough, easy to use just chuck a tablet in water bottle , just used these to keep hydration up from sweating at work, gives me a boost in hydration and vitamins as I have kidney issues , good value as last me few weeks, didn’t seem to give me any energy boost but I never bought them for this 👍
