How is warranty on the attwood 13710-4 anchor lift system

Bought in Feb 2023, used in May 2023 for 1st time - welds broke cannot use crank to raise or lower anchor, Amazon. There is not a 1 year warranty, but Amazon taking the return, no replacement available. JUNK!!!

Does this system lock?

Yes, this system does lock at any depth. It works great.

the release does not work please advise How to make it work?

If you are very mechanical, you can take it apart and spray WD40 inside. That probably won't work, though. Best to send it back for exchange.

What size bolts does this take?

No bolts small screws for metal. . But you can use small bolts if u want
