Purchase date 6/15/13. Delivery date 6/26/13. I fell in love with the machine when I saw it in the convention. The machine is not functioning properly within the day. Contacted sales rep, nothing is done, and I keep hearing different story.It is 8/8/13. My recommendation to anybody who is trying to buy this product, please read the invoice the rep wants you to sign. At the corner there is disclaimer which saysIt is understood that the seller is not responsible for any agreement, verbal or written, unless such agreement appears on this order. The above merchandise is being sold under no return and no exchange policy. Sales are final. A deposit paid for specific purchase order is absolutely not refundable.Basically, whatever the rep tells you at the meeting or convention doesn't matter after you sign the contract.
