Bulk Kosher Fine Sea Salt for Commercial Use, Food Grade Non-Iodized with No Additives, Pure & Unrefined Kosher Salt, 50 lb Bag

I was unable to re-purchase the last sea salt I had ordered through Amazon so I came across this one. It is a very nice fine sea salt and has been very easy to work with. When I opened it, it had a few clumps in it but they were easy enough to break up with my hand. I put it all into Mason Jars and vacuum sealed them for long term storage and the jars that I have opened are in perfect condition with zero clumping. I use between 10 - 20 lbs of sea salt per year for my canning and I also cure and preserve about 300 - 500 lbs of meats, sausage and salami per year. This is nice sea salt, great flavor, and I have not found any impurities in it and I have probably used more than half of the 50 lbs. thus far. When I am ready to purchase again, I will definitely consider this brand.

Good salt at a fair price.

My first shipment was lost so I was hesitant to reorder but I did and I am so glad! I needed salt for everything from cooking to canning to curing bacon and this salt is perfect. Great quality and so much more affordable than many other brands. Came quickly. 50# is heavy, so I’m thinking the first shipment that “got lost” was somebody didn’t want to lift it. But now that I got this bag I will definitely order it again.

It took a while for delivery and the weight seems lighter expected. Sea salt is sea salt it tasted the same as other sea salt I bought but the price is a little high compared to other brands (Sal Bahia) I found in the La Bonita supermarket 😃
