Mid-40s, flood gates open monthly, everything’s a bit loose down there. IYKYK I used cups for many years, but they no longer stay put correctly. These ultra tampons fit well and stay in place. Very absorbent, last about 3-4 hours on my heaviest days. I do wear a small pad for backup, but so far no issues with leakage.

I feel a little more confident.I've tried cups, post pregnancy pads, incontinence underwear, and extra length/width "plus size" pads. I've yet to find a cup that stays put and I hate the feeling of wetness that pads can have (plus, there are NO menstrual pads that are big enough to cover me front to back). For a girl that is struggling with PCOS, Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. My life with periods have been thru hell and back and when it's that time of the month, I am going thru almost 4 of these boxes in just 1 week, but having a period for 4-5 weeks at a time. It's bad, I know. But these tampons have truly saved me from the constantly bleeding on myself. I don't know what it is, but the Tampax Pearls I don't feel when they are full, and I end up staining my drawers, but with these, I can feel when they are full and know when it's time to change so I don't ruin my clothing. Will always stick with Platex Sports! My favorite tampons! Also, they have a very smooth glide when putting them in, so no pain what so ever!

My daughter likes these because they hold up great for an athlete who is always on the move. Just like all tampons, they do leak but they are less likely to do so.

The media could not be loaded. These are great if you have a really heavy flow and you need the extra protection...other than that...for women who have normal or light periods, this is an overkill and it's just not practical. It looks small, but of course it expands and gets huge once it's soaked and it kinda hurt. Also, the applicator stick comes off kinda easy.
