Ok. I’m a real person!! I’ve been smoking for 43 years. So naturally through the years I’ve tried everything on the market. Lung cleanse is unbelievable AMAZING. I absolutely hate leaving long reviews but to tell my experience I think this is going to be long. IF YOUR TRYING TO QUIT PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. 1st the capsule looks a little big, and I have trouble Swallowing pills, but these capsules go down easy. I don’t mind taking them, Crazy as this may sound I love these pills so much that I can’t wait to take the next one. And there’s some thing about the herbal flavor that I crave. Everything upsets my stomach and these do not. 2nd Every time I try to quit smoking whatever product I’m using I still get the bad cravings some of them are so bad it’s like I want to rip my skin off from the inside out!! The small cravings I get since day one of taking Lung Cleanse, Is like my inside whispers “do we want to cigarette”? I CAN BREATHE! My Energy level by day 4 jumped up 10 levels, my general outlook has changed. I’m happier and noticing beauty around me. I can feel my nerves at peace. I’m on day 7 as a NON SMOKER. Yesterday I found a pack of cigarettes I forgot to throw away I had no desire in me whatsoever to open them and smoke one it was so easy to just throw them in the trash. That’s absolutely never happened in the past attempts to quit I would’ve been on cloud nine To find that pack. Lol. I realize it’s different for Everyone but here is my regimen that has me thinking I’ll never catch a cigarette again or even want to 3rd I don’t like vapes, When I’ve tried a vape through the years, I refuse to inhale because I think it’s probably worse than cigarettes in your lungs. BUT, This time along with the Lung Cleanse I went and bought a cheap little vape WITH NO NICOTINE in the juice. I rarely use it but if I feel a little stronger urge Coming on like after you eat or if I’m in a stressful situation. I will use the Vape but I don’t inhale I just put it in my mouth and then blow it out to be able to blow smoke. 2-3 puffs I’m totally relaxed. YES to quit smoking it takes a little willpower but this method had me going hours without thinking of a cig by day 1. I Truly hope my review helps you!! Good luck on your journey! I've always been skeptical about the "quit smoking" products, but I was desperate to quit and I needed help. I came across these pills and read the reviews and thought at this point I'd give anything a try that was affordable. I took my first pill (they are easy to take capsules) and it didn't take long to notice I wasn't craving a cigarette as bad as I normally would. For me, smoking was from boredom, while talking on the phone, and habit like after eating something. These pills help with all that. It curves the addiction. I'm actually thinking less about smoking after eating, waking up in the morning, and even when I'm just bored. The lung cleanser is definitely noticed! You'll soon remember what it's like to be able to breathe deep, easily, without issues. But remember, aside from the obvious addition of nicotine, smoking is also a mental challenge. These pills will definitely help, but you also have to WANT TO STOP smoking and COMMIT to it. I've always been told you can't make a change unless YOU want to change! With these pills, you don't have the go cold turkey (although if you can, then more power to you)! However, you will see a decrease in the number of cigarettes you're smoking, and with that continued commitment, eventually, you won't need or want a cigarette at all. I would recommend giving it a try and at such an affordable price, why not? Would I recommend this product? ABSOLUTELY!! Try it! For yourself, your health! Pros: They really do work! Just have the will-power to succeed and you will be smoke-free with these!! I haven't noticed any unwanted side effects. Easy to take capsule. Only one a day! Cons: I haven't noticed anything.

I have been buying this product faithfully for years because it used to work. The last time I purchased I noticed I didn’t have the same feeling when taking it. I went to the reviews thinking I was crazy only to find out people felt the same as me. I looked on the bottle and sure enough the advertised ingredients are no longer in the product and you can tell. It doesn’t make you breathe better anymore, it doesn’t pull the mucus out all it did was make me feel bad. I won’t be purchasing anymore. I used to trust this company now I don’t have a clue what is actually in this product.

When I first started buying these I would have gave them 6 Stars if I could but the last two or three bottles that I have purchased have a bad taste and odor. They also come with powder from inside the capsule thoughout the bottle and in one of the bottles I had to through away 6 capsules because they were busted open so yes they help me smoke less and make my lungs feel better but the quality has reduced to the point that I don't even care to buy them now

On day 5 and the cravings aren’t horrible at all. Started Monday night by taking one before bed liked instructed to do, Tuesday morning when I woke up the craving for a cigarette was like a shoulder shrug 🤷🏾‍♂️. Started the work day with 4 cigarettes, in a 8 hour shift I could smoke maybe 6 cigarettes not including what I smoked before or after work. Wednesday morning had a shorty I had left over from moments I went outside to smoke (5-5:30am), around 9:30-10am was the first moment of the day the craving somewhat annoying bummed a cig from my coworker from since then I haven’t had a cigarette. Pill is very easy to swallow barely even notice but it does have a funky smell to it
