ho comprato i libri e me ne è arrivato uno solo

Confusing Editions.......................
Clearly displayed as a 2 Volume set, when the mega parcel is delivered you only get one volume. if you click through the sample pages on the site it implies two volumes have been combined into 1 for the 11th Edition - but the book index and publishers note are unclear, and other customer reviews indicate that some customers have only received Volume 1 and others Volume 2. After 2 hours plus speaking an e-mailing Amazon so-called customer services - they refused to contact the publisher to clarify the issue - so I am doing this myself ! Appalling product description made worse by Amazons zero support. amazon even had the nerve to block my first review - without supplying any reason - so if this happens again i will be circulating this review via third parties and making a complaint to the Minister for Digital services..............
