Decent, for the money
Decent case for stethoscope. The pre-molded tray doesn't fit my Littmann quite right. The mesh pocket on the side is convenient but if you put little things like pens, pen light, etc in it, they don't stay in the pocket real well. It also doesn't accommodate other gadgets like pulse oximeter, glucometer, etc very well with a stethoscope unless you take out the pre-molded tray. Not "wowed" by this product, but it's not bad and it's better than just tossing your scope in a bag or in your backseat.

not for a littmann cardiology
This case absolutely did not fit my littmann cardiology stethoscope. It bent the tubing and I ended up having to use the warranty to get it replaced. Do NOT get for a Cardiology stethoscope.
