Excellent I use as my pre workout supplement

The criticisms in other reviews about the small amount in the container are correct. It makes no sense not to fill it or simply sell a larger unit. That aside, like most L-Citrulline products I've tried, to really feel the results 10 grams is needed, not 3 or 5. Mix with water and a dash of stevia and some caffeine. Also note Citrulline can be hard on the stomach and you can build up a tolerance to these products quickly with daily use, so I'd advise one to use it sparingly.

This is quality L-Citrulline, and I expected it to be given it's a licensed product. I definitely notice increased nitric oxide production post-gym workouts and it's tasteless so it's fairly easy to mix in water. Price was very competitive versus other brands.
