A little dense
Nicely packaged with fast delivery. Reminds me of bread that we used to buy at aUkrainian festival in upstate NY. Expect a darker,heavy bread -more Eastern Europe than Western

Tasty & Firm Bread
It's a firm rye-spelt organic bread. I was happy to see the bread was sliced lengthwise. Bread held up nicely for eating a turkey, swiss & mayo sandwich. The loaf was delivered in an insulated bag, which gave it some protection during shipping. But, 10% of the bread crumbled when I took off the plastic wrap.

To me this bread was terrible! Shelf life is probably for life. It was very expensive. It was dense and the texture was very grainy.

No preservatives…so, be sure to refrigerate this and freeze what isn’t going to be consumed soon
Healthy….a bit like eating cardboard though. I would buy it again though

Good Bread, but not shipped in a box!!!!
I love this bread, but I ordered 2 loafs and I received only crumbs!!!! this was shipping just in envelope
