This is a must have for conference calls. The only con I can think off is that once you get used to it, it then becomes hard without it.Very clear calls and people can hear you well. The control is perfect.Highly recommend

Of all the headsets I have used to date for video conferencing, Skype etc. this are my 'go to' headset. The ear cups are comfortable even when wearing for prolongued periods, though like any headset, eventually you will be glad to take them off. The sound is extremely good and I am told by others that my voice is transmitted with great clarity. Even when there is noise around me, this headset is very effective at cancelling it out, so that it is not transmitted along with my voice. I use Windows 10 on a variety of PC's and laptops and the operating system had no issues finding the device and loading the appropriate driver software,

I've had these for four months now, so this is more than just 'first impressions'. The sound quality from the microphone on Zoom calls and webinars is really good. Although the audio quality from the earpieces isn't so important, I have no complaints there either. The in-line controls are useful, especially muting the microphone for a cough, and the headset itself isn't distracting visually to other participants on Zoom calls and webinars.The flat cable doesn't fall as smoothly as I expected, but nothing I can't live with. The headset is light and doesn't move much in use, but the earpieces don't quite lie flat against my ears so when first putting them on they feel a bit uncomfortable. I forget that after a minute or two though. Overall, OK but not great. At the price I expected something a bit better. I wouldn't send them back but also probably wouldn't buy the same again.

I purchased the Logitech H650e a month ago for working from home purposes and first impressions are very positive. Only time will tell on the durability aspect.My work headset is a cheap mono brand, but settled on the stereo Logitech version and glad I did. If I want to listen in mono then I merely lift the right earpiece behind or above my ear as they're so light. The cable is 2.2 meters which was also a deciding factor as my base unit is a little remote from my desk.The call quality has been consistently high over Skype for Business which is my main method of communication when at home.I like this headset, a lot.

Good sound quality, adjustable mic that can be worn on either side. The headset feels well made, I prefer mono headsets but a lot of the ones available on amazon feel very plasticy and poorly built. I like the flat wire, and the controls on the wire are rubbery and work well. The comfort on the mic ear itself is good- nicely padded. I also like the zipped carry bag that comes with the headset, which helps to protect the headset and keep it untangled whilst travelling, or just clean and tidy when you're not using it.Unlike other mono headsets I have had- this one often gets stuck in my hair when I try to take it off quickly! The 'off' ear (not sure what to call it?) end is rectangular and with rounder versions I have not had this problem. The band, though adjustable, is quite tight- which is great for keeping it in place but not great if you want to wear it for hours- if you experience this try swapping ears occasionally. But this is the only reason for the 4* rather than 5*

I've marked these down from 5 stars because they are not as nice as the Jabra sets that we get at work, but they are nowhere near as expensive either! The build quality isn't the best (the on-wire control seam has opened up at one corner on mine after only a month). The sound quality is good enough. They don't quite sit on my ears because the ear-pads don't change angle as much as they could.
