Nicely sized package of soy flour
Since I substitute 100% whole wheat flour in recipes, Usually a Tablespoon or few of soy flour are recommended to balance the substitution. It's a perfect size for this use but as I learn more about this particular product, I expect to find more- I value the additional protein found naturally in soy flour

Nice light texture and flavor
Has none of the heavy flavor found in other soy flours. Easy to incorporate into recipes.

Not a useful source of choline
I'm an odd duck, probably this isn't a useful review for you. I'm a vegan biohacker who is trying to optimize my choline intake. I had been using soy products (especially tofu) as part of my dietary staples for choline intake, and I had to pull all whole-food soy products out of my life when I decided to cut PUFA out of my life. I was trying to use defatted soy flour as part of a powdered hot chocolate mix focused on choline supplementation. It wasn't impressive as a choline source. (I did this a year ago so I don't remember the fine details.) I think it just didn't give me very much choline kick, so I finished the powder and didn't replace it. If you wanted the punch line of this story, I now use cold-brew decaf coffee as my primary choline source, and I take black cumin seed as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor to make sure the choline stays in my system longer.

Hard to find in stores
I use Soy flour in home made bread to up the protein. So glad I've found this easy way to get it and quickly to my door.
